If you want to go slower, you can add a solid meal at dinner. It has to feel good but also challenge your body and mind. This program is adjustable to newbies and also wonderful for more experienced detoxers.
3 days building up, stopping the detox and the right way to start adding back solids is the plan for the last 3 days, important to strech the positive effects of the detox as long as possible. Ease into a healthy diet and may be you feel inspired to keep it up!

What do I need?!
You will be needing a juicer and a blender to prepare your meals during the detox. You can get away with only one of the two but it is more optimal having both on hand, may be borrowed!
