An easy chart to help you plan your daily meals and menu’s. I have mine taped on my refrigerator which I highly recommend!

The most alkaline foods are grated 10, the most acidic are grated 3.

Cola light?! The “perfect” combination of artificial sweeteners, cafeine and carbonated water … but of course 0 calorie! french fries, fried food, Stress and worrying, Sleep deprivation, Wine, Tabacco, Microwaved food, packaged meals and food ( watch for ingredients like additives, preservatives, colourings, all acidic for the body )

How to use this list? 

For a nice balanced pH level it is advised to enjoy about 70% to 85% of your foods from the top of the list, between 7 and 10.

The remaining 20 to 30% can be more acidic, like 5 and 6, 4 and lower should be avoided or in small quantities like raw cacao nibs etc. And ofcourse always choose foods that actualy add nutritional value to your diet like buckwheat, oatmeal or kidney beans. Let’s say the most sensible choices and not the empty calories.

I love to share this with you and show you how easy and doable it is to add more alkalizing foods to your daily diet. Add, remove and replace with something new. And no, you do not have to go 100% raw to create a pH balanced bodY!
